Why is this better than oil/gas/any other industry?
More scenic/rugged/remote settings. You are not just a number - Hy-Tech is smaller than many major oil and gas companies which means we get to know our employees. There is more room for advancement and a crew of two on the drill - Driller's have more responsibilities and make a lot of their own decisions.
