Hy-Tech is committed to productive and mutually beneficial relationships in all communities where we work. Partnering with Indigenous groups gives us a unique opportunity for collaboration and cooperation. We don’t just consult Indigenous Peoples, we actively work with them to create win-win relationships with all of our stakeholders.
Throughout the year our HR team travels across Canada to attend numerous job fairs. At these venues, we aim to attract qualified candidates from local Indigenous communities to join our team and to share with them the career opportunities that Hy-tech has to offer. These fairs give community members a chance to drop by to discuss how Hy-Tech’s culture of integrity, dependability, trust and mutual respect come together to bring peace of mind to our stakeholders.
