Driller's Helper Training Program.

Our Driller’s Helper Training Program is a core part of Hy-Tech Drilling’s onboarding process. The program is designed to prepare newly hired team members for safe, successful work in the field through hands-on training and essential certifications.

To participate in the DHTP, applicants must first be hired by Hy-Tech Drilling. If you’re interested in starting a career in mineral exploration, we encourage you to apply for open Driller’s Helper positions and take the first step with us.

How do I know which application path to use?

If you’re applying in Canada or the United States, use the job board. Applicants for Portugal, Spain, Chile, or Argentina should use the international application form.
