We want to reward strong performers. Our base compensation is competitive with industry standards, but dedicated hard-working employees have the ability to earn additional income through:
- Drilling meter bonuses (based on continuous production with minimal down time)
- Completion bonuses
- Annual bonuses based on company profitability

VACATION TIME
Employees receive generous paid vacation time, which ranges from two to six weeks per year, depending on years of service.
