Building Relationships
FOSTERING MUTUALLY-BENEFICIAL RELATIONSHIPS
We are proud to provide and be part of a culture of integrity, dependability, trust and mutual respect. It’s our mission to have win-win relationships with our stakeholders, and so Hy-Tech is committed to building positive and ongoing relationships with Indigenous Peoples and local communities in the regions where they operate. Where there is sufficient ongoing demand for drilling by Hy-Tech, business partnerships can be developed.
One example of this commitment coming to life is in Northern Saskatchewan. We work closely with Denison Mines Corp. to recruit Indigenous Peoples from local communities in order to provide ongoing employment opportunities. Our trainers provide hands-on driller’s helper programs which give new recruits the skills and knowledge they need to start a successful drilling career.
Hy-Tech understands the diversity among Indigenous communities, so we don’t have one process or even one plan when it comes to putting together a new project. Rather, we take the time to reach out to each community so that we can understand their connections to the places where we work, hear their input, and understand their concerns. Our objective is to better understand the specific needs, concerns and self-defined goals of the Peoples we are working with, so we can best align our efforts and expectations, resulting in positive outcomes for everyone involved.
Hy-Tech is a major player – we know them, we trust them, they are our first choice and being local is very helpful.
