INTERVIEW & REFERENCE CHECKInterviews take place over the phone, unless you’re applying in Smithers or Saskatoon. During the interview we will ensure not only that you meet the technical requirements of the position, but also that Hy-Tech is a good fit for you.

HIRING PACKAGEUpon successful completion of the Pre-Employment Assessments, you’ll receive your hiring package. The hiring package will be sent and signed electronically to expedite the process. This includes an email introduction to our online learning platform. Online training allows us to reach a geographically distributed workforce and ensures all new and existing employees are prepared and have the required training to commence work. Courses include legally required training (e.g. WHMIS, TDG, Spill Response), as well as Hy-Tech developed equipment and worksite specific courses.
