Since joining Hy-Tech Drilling as Director of Finance in July 2024, Jerod has demonstrated strong leadership, strategic clarity, and a calm, collaborative approach. He’s helped strengthen our financial foundation, guide key transitions, and mentor a high-performing team.

With over 20 years of experience, including prior CFO roles across forestry, transportation, and private equity-backed companies, Jerod brings both depth and steadiness to this next chapter. We’re grateful for his leadership and excited for what’s ahead.
