In the field, we make it a habit to ship our drills with two of virtually every part to prevent costly waits for parts in remote locations. Field mechanics are present on most multi-drill jobs, with several other crew members trained to service our drills on the spot. When drills return to the shop, we’re very thorough with maintenance. Every piece is treated as though it needs a full rebuild, and put through the paces to prove it doesn’t. With the amount of maintenance we do, we basically ship a new drill to every job – painted, tested and ready for work.
